Since Over the Edge first opened its doors to luxury vacation renters with impeccable taste wanting something unique, memorable, and Over the Top, it has become more and more known as "The Destination" versus just "The Lodging."

We want to make sure that for all the birthday years to follow everyone laments about..."That year we celebrated at Over the Edge".

We have been proud to be part of and host many milestone birthdays: 50, 60 and 70 and even the epic 21st.

We facilitate all arrangements whether you have a theme or need ideas for one, customized keepsakes for all your party guests, special meals for the Birthday Gal or Guy ranging from 3 to 9 courses. We've had a duo perform songs from your decade over Chef's appetizers or trio's provide live background music while dining to your favorite foods.

All anniversaries are special and there is no better place to bring an intimate group of families and friends together to remember that special day. We can assist with your floral decorations, recreating your wedding cake, and arranging a photographer to capture all the memories.

While Over the Edge can do all this and more, it is important to note this is a million dollar vacation rental home and not a party venue. As such, wedding ceremonies or receptions of any size are strictly prohibited on-site. Instead, we invite you to reserve Over the Edge for the lodging needs of your immediate family or friends who will be attending your wedding and reception at one of the many other lovely locales Steamboat Springs has to offer.
