Whether you want to enjoy a full-service package including breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just a special meal with family and friends, we will help you design a menu and meal plan that is perfect for any occasion and group. Our Chefs are extremely adept at preparing meals for all group sizes, adults or children, and every dietary need or preference whether it's gluten-free, diabetic, vegetarian or vegan.
At the Over the Edge Chalet, we bring the spa to you! We partner with Steamboat's finest therapists and aestheticians to provide our guests with all the relaxing services of the area’s finest spas from Swedish to prenatal massages, facials, pedicure or manicures. Whether having one treatment or making a day or week of it, we'll make sure you are pampered and relaxed!
Steamboat’s legendary ski school is home to some of the finest instructors in “ski country.” At the Over the Edge Chalet, we can have an instructor waiting for you off the back deck, at a green run, to help you reach your full potential. We hand select our instructors based on each guest's need whether a beginner or advanced skiier, child or adult, or someone wanting to switch from skiing to boarding. Our instructors can take as many as five guests together so it's a wonderful experience for the family to ski and learn together.
Over the Edge's preferred ski rental partner is Ski Butlers. Our guests are offered in-home fittings taking all the hassle out of ski rental. With an extensive range of equipment for beginners, juniors or those wanting a high performance ski or board, Ski Butlers provides the newest and best quality ski and snowboard rental equipment with exceptional service. Should our legendary Champagne Powder fall during your stay, Ski Butlers will return and switch out your gear for Powder Skis so you can have an epic day. All equipment and accessories, such as goggles and helmets, are delivered on arrival day, likely while enjoying appetizers by your Chef for the week! The gear is picked up on your final day of skiing.
We pre-order your lift tickets so you’re ready to ski out the back door upon arrival. Tickets are hand-delivered to you on your arrival day. There is no reason to wait in lines on YOUR vacation!
A vacation is about rest. There is no need to spend your time with "chores" or a "to do list". We will stock your refrigerator, freezer, winerator, and bar to your specifications. The minute you arrive you will start your vacation with whatever personal snacks and beverages you selected.
The spacious, airy gym in the Over the Edge Chalet is the perfect location for a private instructor to teach our guests the finer points of Yoga, Pilates, Barre fitness or have a personal trainer for your individual needs. Steamboat is home to many Olympic athletes and you can be trained or experience classes from the same instructors that have groomed our Olympians.
For guests who want to play a more active role in creating a divine meal, we can set up a private cooking class with one of our great chefs. Under the chef’s guidance in the luxury villa's fabulous gourmet kitchen, you’ll prepare a special meal that will dazzle your guests!
